This private hospital offers an extensive range of treatments including ophthalmic, ENT, hip, knee surgery, urology, cosmetic and general surgeries. This role will overlook surgical wards and therefore requires surgical ward experience. You should be already working at a Sister level or be ready/prepared to step into this role. You will join a dedicated wards team, helping to guide and lead. Your role will be to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the hospital surgical ward and its staff .You will be providing clinical leadership, effective and efficient management of ward resources and driving clinical excellence in all aspects of care received by patients.
