Description:
1. Responsibilities Managing the rollout from planning to publishing of the training content for our platforms; working with platform teams on training plans, resources, tracking progress, identifying, and managing risks Responsible for managing any above-platform training requirements, so for example, integrations, etc. Developing and publishing role-based curriculums Ensuring that other related initiatives, such as permissions models, resourcing etc, feed back into training initiative. Helping with other related work, such as developing skills matrix Communicating progress/metrics of these initiatives to senior management 2. Qualifications Rolling out curriculum, training or DX projects or initiatives at an enterprise level Managing projects that spans multiple teams /cross-org initiatives Producing training matrices, for example, mapping roles to training curriculum) Nice to have Curriculum planning Producing/publishing training content Skills matrix experience 3.
