Purpose of the role The Technical Artworker role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless creation and management of digital artwork assets within Signal's customer communication platform. With a keen eye for detail and experience in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, you are responsible for transforming supplied copy and visuals into accurately structured assets. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and third parties to ensure adherence to brand guidelines while efficiently managing your day-to-day workload within the Communications Management team. Beyond traditional artwork preparation, this role delves into emerging customer experience technologies, offering opportunities for learning and growth.In addition, the Technical Artworker role contributes to the evolution of Signal's processes. By monitoring workflow efficiency and recommending improvements, you contribute to the optimisation of operational procedures.Throughout your work, you will have a positive and flexible attitude, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and prepare accurate digital artwork assets efficiently, using Adobe InDesign and Quadient Inspire, from provided copy and visuals. Ensure correct setup of assets for variable composition, using Quadient Inspire for linking variable data fields. Adhere to brand guidelines meticulously, maintaining consistency and quality across all communications. Load artwork assets into the content management system with precision and efficiency. Effectively manage day-to-day artwork workload within the team, collaborating closely with Signal Project Managers and Comms Management Delivery Partner. Diligently follow relevant company procedures and uphold high-quality standards in all aspects of artwork preparation. Monitor the efficiency of the composition artwork workflow, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations. Contribute insights and feedback to Signal operational reviews on processes and procedures.
