We're currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager to be based at our site in Burton Latimer on our contract with Weetabix. Working a 4 week, 12 hour shift continental pattern 38.5 hours P/W. This includes both days and nights. Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of up to GBP 32,749per annum. In addition, we offer 23 days holiday (Inclusive of bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you'll do on a typical day: :Lead a team of operatives safely, efficiently and fully compliant with site policies and procedures:Continually review and suggest improvements to operational SOP's, training out any changes and ensuring full compliance:Maintain reports on productivity, including mitigation and opportunities to improve:Support disciplinary meetings as required:Contractor call out as required:Complete all RTW interviews and administration as required:Support the investigation of incidents as requiredEnsure all process and procedures are followed and that we operate a safe and efficient environmentWhat you need to succeed at XPO: : It's important you have exposure of working in a fast:paced environment : no two days will be the same and we need you to think on your feet: Good knowledge of warehouse management systems:Supervisory experience or demonstrable experience of stepping up to cover Supervisory role:Demonstrable experience of working to Objectives/KPI'sXPO is a leading provider of world:class solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
