Responsibilities of the Store Manager : Sponsorship provided * Inspire and lead the team by setting an example of excellence.* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and mutual respect.* Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members.* Handle performance management and disciplinary actions when necessary.* Ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied.* Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting.* Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour.* Analyse sales data to optimize staff schedules for cost management.* Ensure products meet high:quality standards.
