We now need to continuously review and refine the design and UI/UX to improve customer engagement and conversion.This will include improving current and building new web pages, building new functionality (react or Jquery), and improving and building internal tools to make life easier for our designers.You will participate in the design creation process, ensuring that any new design or changes to an existing one are technically feasible and can be built within a reasonable timeframe as well as proposing alternative solutions.You know how to build adaptive/responsive markup and make work and look similar in Chrome, Safai and on most popular mobiles and ideally have knowledge of implementing SEO optimisation.Our company is open to new technologies as long as they help our business. Therefore, if you have knowledge or experience with different tools or programming languages, we welcome that.We?re looking for a motivated self-starter who wants to get stuck in and make a real impact in a growing business.Essential Experience and Skills:The role implies strong knowledge of such technologies and tools as:HTML+CSS/SASS (3yrs +)Rest API + React + Redux (3yrs +)JQuery (3 yrs +)LighthouseAlso it?s really essential to have following skills/features:Have excellent understanding of English and good communication skills - not afraid to put forward ideas and work with remote teamsFigma, Photoshop/GIMPBe a MacOs/Linux User, know how to work in a terminal. Installing/configuring linux apps and packages should not scare you. You can upgrade or downgrade packages to make things workGit/Github. Good understanding how to use branches, pull requests, how to resolve conflictsKnowledge how to test frontend and how to build test scriptsDesired Experience and Skills:Desired experience with Ruby on Rails and WebpackExperience with Docker/Python/ASDFExperience with A/B test tools and technologiesDesired Years of Experience:5 yearsSize of business:15 full-time employees but growing.Size of software team:Currently 1 + freelancers.
