Sous Chef Up to A GBP 45,000 per annum Location: London Are you a skilled culinary professional looking to take the next step in your career? Were seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join a dynamic team in central London. In this role, youll be the second in command, working closely with the Head Chef to maintain their culinary vision and ensure impeccable standards at all times. Responsibilities: * Lead day:to:day kitchen operations, providing direction and support to the team.* Assist in menu design and creation, ensuring dishes are prepared and served to the highest standard.* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all regulations.* Monitor portion control, stock levels, and wastage to achieve target GP.* Train and develop junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and harmonious working environment.* Provide leadership in the absence of the Head Chef.* Maintain flexibility with hours and shifts to meet business needs. Skills: * Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.* Proficiency in baking, cooking, and grilling techniques.* Proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
