Sous Chef- Events £40,000 + Overtime London My client is an award-winning event catering company who are looking for a Sous Chef to work under the Executive Chef delivering high quality food for a variety of events from private dining to weddings and everything In between.Main Duties; Be a fundamental member of the team cooking for private dining, banqueting, conferences and events.Create menus as and when required Communicate with suppliers to support the Executive Chef Delegate kitchen tasks to the wider team to maximise resources. Minimise food wastage and adhere to company health and safety policies.
