Job Details: Salary Range: GBP 38,092 to GBP 45,389 pro:rata, per annum (inclusive of GBP 3,000 per annum market supplement for Senior Social Workers) Work Location: Totton Hub,Totton (Hybrid working : home and office based)Hours per week:37 (part:time hours will be considered)Contract type:PermanentClosing Date:24 April 2024Interview Date:Week Commencing 06 May 2024 The Role: Joining our Older Adults Team as a Qualified Social Worker, you'll be innovative, person:centred and committed to working in a strengths:based way. You'll use your excellent relationship management skills to collaborate and negotiate with individuals, their families, providers and other health care professionals, to proactively encourage independent and safe living within the community. Our newly qualified Social Workers are paid at GBP 33,951 per annum, pro rata for the first year of employment.
