Job Details: Salary Range: GBP 38,092 : GBP 42,389 per annum, plus a market supplement of up to GBP 4,500 per annumWork Location: Parkway, Fareham (Hybrid working from home)Hours per week: 37Contract Type: PermanentClosing Date: 30 April 2024 Be a Social Worker for Hampshire County Council and practice in an Outstanding Authority We are seeking experienced and passionate Social Workers to join our Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub Team, based at Hampshire County Councils frontline contact centre in Fareham. Our MASH team provides triage and multi:agency assessment of safeguarding concerns. Working closely with the Children Reception Team, we work to protect the most vulnerable children from harm, neglect and abuse. Using your professional knowledge and experience youll make assessments and decisions about the most appropriate interventions. Applying your significant Social Work experience and excellent communication skills youll establish and maintain relationships to ensure services meet identified needs. Youll be committed to facilitating effective multi:agency solutions to ensure positive and sustainable outcomes. Using best practice, youll strive to provide the best outcomes for children. Most importantly however, youll have a passion for supporting children and families to ensure that they thrive and flourish. Registered with Social Work England, you will be highly skilled at building meaningful relationships with children and families to engage them in assessments and plans. You will need to be creative, flexible and forward thinking in your approach, whilst constantly striving for continuous improvement to provide the best outcomes for children.
