My client, an online marketplace for ethical fashion, homeware, and accessories, is looking for a part-time social media manager and community manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating content across their IG and Facebook pages, creating/editing reels, and responding to comments and queries. As a community manager, you will act as the bridge between the brand and its online community. You will be focused on engaging with potential customers and building relationships with existing ones. As well as gauging sentiment around the brand, monitoring feedback and engagement. We require someone with enthusiasm, a keen eye for design, experience with social media management tools, and the ability to captivate audiences with compelling copy.
