Location * London-based * Office Work - 1-2 times per week, Work from home 3-4 times per week * Approximately 20 hours per week on a flexible basis Types of work include * Social media design, posting, response * Client support & Sales support - messaging & calls * Live events in London & virtual - management & support * Video and image editing * Data analysis - Social Impact measurement * Survey design & delivery * Tools integration * Other operational activities Some of the technologies you will learn & work with include: * Project Management software (Monday.com) * Social Impact Measurement software (UpMetrics) * Social Media Management software (Socially Sorted) * Customer Relationship Management Software (Monday.com) * Website Content Management System (Kartra) * Email & SMS automation system (Kartra, Twilio) * Online software integration system (Zapier) * Survey Tool (Typeform) * Mobile & Web App Management Tool (Passion.io) * Customer Support software (Zendesk) * Document storage (DropBox, Google Drive) * Email Management (Google Workspace) * Presentation & image creation software (Canva) * White boarding tool (Miro) * Online scheduling tool (Calendly) * Online meetings (Zoom) * Video Editing (various) * Windows 365 & Google Drive docs/sheets * Time reporting software (Harvest) About the role: We are expanding our training programme, community & app for doing social impact projects called the Social Impact Game. Interns will support the operations related to customer acquisition, communication, event management, and delivery of the service on the app, webinars and live events. Terms of the Internship * You will receive training in the tools, tech and systems, for which you will not be paid * For hours working on agreed tasks after training, you will be paid London living wage of £11.95 per hour Interview Process: 0. Apply, supply CV & references 1. Initial 30 minute interview on Zoom 2. Complete initial training online (not paid) within 2 weeks 3. References check 4. Follow-up interview 5. If successful, invited to join the team as trainee intern 6. Training in tools begins 7. Successfully learn tools, start paid tasks
