Position: Site Manager - Curtain Wall Location: Dublin Salary: Neg DOE Site Manager with experience in Curtain Walling required for our Client executing projects in DublinPosition: Site Manager - Curtain WallLocation: DublinSalary: Neg DOESite Manager with experience in Curtain Walling required for our Client executing projects in DublinTASKS/ROLES Assisting the Project Manager with the successful delivery of projectsAttending site meetings where requiredDay to day management of labour and plantArranging and planning deliveries to siteEnsuring the companies stringent procedures for health & safety and quality are met at all timesUndertake weekly progress inspections and reportingDriving and monitoring performance against programmeHanding over of completed product to the main contractorEnsure stringent records are kept and reported as requiredMaintain high standards of workmanship SKILLS & EXPERIENCEEssential Must have in-depth knowledge of construction industry methodologies on detailing and building erection sequencingGood communication skills and attention to detail3-5 years façade experience Desirable Experience in Construction or Engineering environmentDiploma in Construction or related discipline Benefits: Company Vehicle / Phone/ Laptop Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place.
