Successfully developing and maintaining fantastic relationships. Offering accurate and timely resolutions to all customer queries, orders and complaints.SITE FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN DUTIESJoinery and general DIYMaintaining/installing woodwork such as doors etc.Painting offices and manufacturing areasGeneral plumbing – toilets and kitchen areasGeneral repairs – doors, windows, floors etc.Landscape maintenance and external site maintenanceBasic engineering repairs such as maintenance to Air Conditioning unitsBasic electrical repairs such as replacing light bulbs and tube lightsCarry out repairs to site machinery and equipmentDaily and weekly checks to all compound air equipmentSITE FACILITIES MAINTNENCE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS5 years building/facility maintenanceExperienced in all trades including plumbing, joinery, painting and decoratingBasic understanding of engineering maintenancePC LiterateExperienced working within a fast moving manufacturing environmentTeam PlayerTake pride in their work and always gets the job done right the first timeConfident communicatorOrganisedProactiveSITE FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN PACKAGE Working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm£30,000 - £33,000KPI bonus based on annual targetChristmas shutdownOn-site parking31 days holiday inclusive of Bank HolidaysOpportunity to progressFollow us on twitter #awconsultingltdIn respect to the above roles, Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd operates as an Employment AgencySITE FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – CREWE - £30,000 - £33,000 + EXCELLENT BENEFITS
