Side Loader Driver required to join a nationally renowned engineering manufacturer on a permanent basis. Realistic earnings over £30,000 per annum, Overtime paid at time and half, Quarterly bonus and with genuine development opportunities. This position will offer the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join an employer who values its workforce. The right candidate for this position MUST HAVE a side loader license.Side Loader Driver required to join a nationally renowned engineering manufacturer on a permanent basis. Realistic earnings over £30,000 per annum, Overtime paid at time and half, Quarterly bonus and with genuine development opportunities. This position will offer the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to join an employer who values its workforce. The right candidate for this position MUST HAVE a side loader license. A valid accredited license would be ideal but drivers with past experience will be considered. Side Loader Driver Benefits: Starting hourly rate £13.02 per hour, an additional 50p will be earned after the probationary period.Quarterly bonus based on performance. Up to £2,200 annually33 days annual leaveOvertime paid at time and halfPension schemeGenuine progression opportunities Side Loader Driver Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Ensure product is unloaded efficiently and stored in the correct locationsCheck product is packed correctly before loadingOperate Side Loader and Counterbalance forklift trucks – maintaining operating competenceWork as a team to ensure loading deadlines are met whilst meeting safety and quality standardsRead and understand delivery and loading paperwork to ensure the correct goods are delivered/receivedMaintain yard standards, ensuring it is kept tidy and free from obstruction Side Loader Driver Skills & Key Competencies: Strong proven experience operating Side Loader and Counterbalance forklift trucksA valid Side Loader and/or Counterbalance license is essential15 tonne counterbalance license is desirableAn understanding of quality within a similar environmentA good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a similar environment This Side Loader Driver role is based in BrighouseIf you wish to apply for the Side Loader Driver position, please contact Conor Wood at E3 Recruitment on 01484 645 269
