Service Development Project Manager Base location dependent on successful candidate GBP 39,543 : GBP 48,035 per year 37.5 hours per week We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Development Project Manager to join our Projects and Policy team. This role is based within in a small team that manage and coordinate service development and continuous improvement initiatives for housing operations and take the lead on policy and procedure review and development for housing management services. The post holder will also represent housing services on Sanctuary Groupwide projects and initiatives. The role of Service Development Project Manager will include: :To lead and deliver on a variety of projects to develop and improve housing operations and services to our customers:Collaborate with key stakeholders from housing, property services, technology, legal services and finance to carry out research, develop plans and options for improvement:Analyse and evaluate services, present information and recommendations to support decision making:Ensure all projects and programmes adhere to legislative and regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance and consistency in delivery Skills and experiences: :Degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification:Proven experience of managing projects using project management methodology and techniques:Prior experience of undertaking a similar role and delivering successful outcomes:Well organised, able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines:Excellent communication and presentation skills:Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with large datasets:Proven experience in analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions:Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams Why work for us?
