This role offers a unique blend of autonomy and teamwork, requiring you to work both independently and collaboratively with a team of highly skilled physiotherapists.Responsibilities: Create a positive and motivating work environment.Mentor junior physiotherapists to foster their professional growth.Deliver exceptional physiotherapy services.Promote excellent patient care within the hospital.Provide top-end Musculoskeletal MSK assessments.Occasional orthopaedic cover in wards. Qualifications and Skills: HCPC registered, chartered physiotherapistProven track record in providing the highest standard of Musculoskeletal MSK assessment and treatmentsOpportunities to train in Acupuncture, Pilates, or shockwave – Prior experience is very desirable.Senior level experience is desirable.Drive to achieve outstanding results and advance your career.
