Community Climate Fund Senior lead - BradfordExpiry date:23:59, Sun, 7th Apr 2024Location:BradfordSalary:£42,435 Per AnnumWe are looking for an engaging and collaborative Community Climate Fund Senior Lead, who will be responsible for the successful delivery of the fund in Bradford to; Increase resilience to economic and environmental shocks Strengthen community coherence and wellbeing Accelerate progress towards net zero The role will involve: Developing a deep understanding of, and engagement with the community organisations present in Bradford as potential beneficiaries of the Community Climate Fund. Nurturing relationships with cross sector representatives at all levels to collaborate and ensure the community climate fund meets local needs. Forming a cross-sector steering group, passionate about the future health of Bradford and able to contribute to a joint strategic plan and support delivery for our work there. Identifying and securing additional financial and in-kind support from business, local government, trusts, and foundations. Working with our climate action experts and the steering group, to select community climate projects to fund. Showcasing chosen community climate projects to attract further engagement, inspire others and increase knowledge. You will be: Passionate about the future of the Bradford and making a positive difference. Proactive and engaging to manage multiple stakeholders, and bring people together to form an agreed shared plan. This role will be based in Bradford – therefor the post holder must be able to commute daily.
