Job Title Senior Events Executive Salary: A GBP 32,000 : A GBP 34,250 + Benefits Location: West Sussex My client is a membership organisation who have a passion for enjoying and sharing the great outdoor They put on a number of pop up events each year all over the UK and we are looking for a Senior Events Executive to join the team, supporting across all areas of the event from start to finish. This will be a hybrid role with a mixture of office, on site and remote working. Key Responsibilities: * Liaise with venues and landlords* Organize all administration and paperwork* Gather quotes from suppliers* Manage bookings, resolving payment errors or duplicates* Provide analysis and feedback after each event* Research new location opportunities* Develop marketing and promotion collateral for events* Provide further administrative and logistics support to the team Skills and Experience: * Previous event experience ideally within outdoor or festivals* Strong administration and organisational skills* Experience in event support and logistics* Previous knowledge of using an event booking system* Ability to create strong relationships* Positive and enthusiastic* Full UK driving license Job Title Senior Events Executive Salary: A GBP 32,000 : A GBP 34,250 + Benefits Location: West Sussex If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to social....... corecruitment/ facebook/COREcruitmentDOTcom/ Tweet us COREcruitment
