PRF No. Buy Rate/Salary 393 GBP TP or FTE (If TP please confirm duration) TP Role SAP ATTP Developer (Serialization) Client GSK Confirmed position(Please share the SOW) 3 No. of Interview rounds 3 Detailed JD Attached Primary Skill required (design, implement, support, and maintain the Pharmaceutical Serialization/Track& Trace solutions / 1 full life cycle implementation of ATTP) Work Location UK Precise Work address GSK office Language Preference, if any NO Remote work (Yes/No) Yes JOB DESCRIPTION: • 3 or more years of experience in Serialization (design, implement, support, and maintain the Pharmaceutical Serialization/Track & Trace solutions / 1 full life cycle implementation of ATTP) • To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue • To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time • To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies • Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts • To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases • Experience in On boarding of new 3PL’s, CMOs and customers to SAP ATTP • Worked on EPCIS guidelines for sharing the Serialization data to various supply chain partners. • Good at understanding the Serialization regulations, EUFMD, Russia Serialization, DSCSA, Saudi Arabia • Experience in all the stages of ATTP project implementation including analysis, design, build, testing and deployment • Experience in SAP ICH (also known as SAP Pharma Network) integration with SAP ATTP
