You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This care home offers its residents compassionate, individualised dementia, nursing and respite care in a modern, comfortable environment To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin As a Nurse your key duties include: Developing tailored care plansProviding medicine safely to overseeing the care teamWorking autonomously, managing a caseload of complex cases which will be challenging as well as rewardingYou will have the ability to understand and manage the complexities of the multitude of clinical and psychological factors that affect the health and well-being of our elderly residents, whilst in turn supporting their familiesAlso supervise Nurse Associates and support the care team by designating the nursing assignmentsLeading on clinical issues and making up the working schedules The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Professionalism and resilienceEffective communicationProviding excellent careLeading and getting the best from othersAble to show a can-do attitude alwaysExperience of producing well developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs and MCA The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £20.45 per hour and the annual salary is up to £46,789.60 per annum. We currently have permanent vacancies for both days and night shifts available.
