The Role: As a Registered Manager, you will report to General Manager and manage domiciliary staff compliance with state, local, and federal regulations. Responsibilities: Coordinate all domiciliary program activities. Ensure timely completion of required paperwork and documentation. Enforce compliance with agency policies and procedures. Assist with scheduling staff meetings and trainings. Support staff in completing paperwork promptly. Collaborate with the CQC, Commissioner team, brokerage team, and other professionals. Guarantee adherence to all policies and procedures by agency personnel. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management. Requirements: Must have experience working as a Registered Manager. Good English communication skills. Ideally possess 1 year of experience as a Registered Manager. Diploma of higher education would be preferred. Valid UK driving licence.
