Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Consultant / Account Manager to join our vibrant team. This role involves a comprehensive range of recruitment activities including candidate screening, interviewing, and delivery management with some of our key clients. These clients are experiencing significant growth within the renewables market, presenting a thrilling opportunity for professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed candidate screening and interviewing processes. Manage client delivery and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Work collaboratively with both clients and candidates to ensure a perfect match. Contribute to the development and growth of the Valoris Group through innovative recruitment strategies. Salaries range from £19,000 to £45,000, with realistic OTE of £30,000 to £50,000 in the first year. By the second year, our consultants can earn over £100,000.
