With incredible opportunities to learn, develop, and grow your skills, they will invest in you, nurture your potential, and shape your future – whatever your background or experience.With several thousand redeployment opportunities at any one time, this is a business where you will never sit still, unless you want to of courseResponsibilities Managing the occupancy of the office estate in the North regionAccountable for supporting the development and execution of the workplace strategic plan Property workstream, encompassing c700 property vacations, consolidations, and acquisitions affecting c45,000 colleagues in office-based roles in the UK.Coordinate and lead property projects to drive the ongoing delivery of property strategy and plans.Ensure collaborative working relationships with internal and external partners to provide solutions and implement projectsWork with Projects & Construction, Workplace Services, Digital and Security amongst others to ensure the strategy for office projects delivers the desired colleague experience as set out in the workplace design and standards guidance,Provide technical expertise, strategic consultancy to the business and thought leadership, ensuring feasibility of projects and programmes and delivery of real property and commercial benefit to the business unit or region of responsibility.Shape the UK office estate property strategy, managing property life cycle events to deliver an office estate suitable for customers’ needs.Break down problems using insight and data analysis to make decisions.Use existing technology to deliver data-driven information.Identify and execute opportunities to deliver financial savings across the property portfolio within the area of responsibility.
