 Having relevant work experience as a Project manager (Change Delivery) or similar role  Understanding of Project management methodologies – PRINCE2 , P3M, processes and project lifecycle, Idea to value framework (Agile methodology)  Competent use of project tools e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Office. JIRA  Experience in financial analysis & reporting.  Experience in project management, from architecture to delivery, of complex build projects  Experience of Agile Development  Strong organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management  Strong coordination and teamwork skills  Strong Business change delivery background with ability to understand IT architecture and requirements  Willingness to learn and investigate new technologies  Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control  Ability to work in collaboration with cross functional departments (e.g Infra, Security etc.)  Solution orientated mindset and be pragmatic in execution.  Experience managing a team and be a collaborative team member.  Hands-on experience with project management tools  Ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans  Ability to report to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner  PMP / PRINCE certification is a plus
