The Role: As a Project Manager, you will supervise all project documentation, including contracts, scope of works, and health & safety records. Responsibilities: Direct the project team to achieve timely completion and desired quality standards. Coordinate full life-cycle project management, from requirement establishment to resource allocation. Report to the Managing Director and collaborates with project stakeholders. Collaborate with the Business Development Team on tender processes to meet project budgets. Foster and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements Previously worked as a Project Manager, Project Lead, or in a similar role. Proven experience in managing projects and multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated capability in contractor and supplier management both on-site and off-site. Solid background in procurement and budget management. Extensive commercial management expertise and awareness. Construction and site management experience within the Security Industry would be preferred. Hold a bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, quantity surveying or in a similar field would be preferred.
