Key Responsibilities: Project Management Excellence: Prioritize organizational needs for efficient resource utilization. Showcase your expertise in project management, including planning, corrective actions, and reporting. Manage non-recurring and recurring activities, ensuring accountability and defined scope. Production Engineering Mastery: Apply sound engineering principles to optimize product production. Identify and implement continuous improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement. Collaborate seamlessly with design engineering and stakeholders for concurrent engineering success. Utilize Advanced Quality Planning (AQP), PFMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP for product introduction. Process Optimization and Innovation: Evaluate and streamline manufacturing methods and systems using Lean Tools and Value Stream Mapping. Lead the introduction of new processes, practices, and timely project delivery. Assist in the development of jigs, fixtures, and gauges. System Operation and Reporting: Utilize ERP systems to enter and verify bills of materials and routings. Engage in the development of the ERP system to enhance production engineering processes. Produce and update reports as required. Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate commitment to health and safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Report unsafe practices, process failures, and contribute to corrective actions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Proven experience in production engineering and project management. Familiarity with Lean Tools, ERP systems, and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
