You will be responsible for undertaking and progressing litigious matters within contentious procurement law and working on Judicial Reviews featuring procurement law issues.This practice knows the importance of a good work/life balance which is why they offer their employees flexibility with hybrid working.About YouThe ideal candidate will have previous experience of advising on the procurement of projects from start to finish under all procedures for services, supplies and works under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 and Concessions Contracts Regulations 2016 and applicable case law and Policy and supervising others to do the same.You must have excellent organisational, communication and time management skills, be a creative and independent thinker, have client care at the forefront of your mind and a team player.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop in an award-winning, well respected law firm.
