This role is an opportunity to join an innovative and high performing busy team in a client facing role. or to register your interest, Kaye on 183 and quote Job Ref: 5631 JOB TITLE: Practice ManagerEXPERIENCE: 3 + years' experienceLOCATION: Bedfordshire SALARY: circa GBP 60,000 OVERVIEW:-Manage day:to:day operations of the firm, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.-Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.-Oversee client intake and case management processes to ensure timely and accurate handling of matters.-Serve as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders.-Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to manage budgets, billing, and financial reporting.-You will have relevant experience as a Practice Manager within the legal sector.-Ideally possessing COFA credentials. If not COFA:certified, experience collaborating with COLP and/or COFA is essential.
