Role Overview: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of post-completion experience, adept at handling various tasks including stamp duty submissions and Land Registry applications. Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include managing post-completion tasks independently, maintaining communication with clients and solicitors, and ensuring organizational compliance. Requirements: Candidates should demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Proficiency in conveyancing software is preferred.
