Sacco Mann has been instructed on a fantastic opportunity to work with a Top 50, Legal 500 ranked law firm where the successful Private Client Solicitor will gain invaluable experience first-hand, within a welcoming team. As a Planning Solicitor, your day-to-day duties may include: Working across your own caseload of Planning work such as non-contentious legal agreements, planning enforcement, CPOs, strategy, and highways/public rights of way mattersAdvising broad spectrum of clientsEnsuring the needs of the firm’s loyal client base are met with exceptional resultsCourt ProceedingsDrafting and negotiation on agreementsAcquisitions and disposal agreementsCompensation Claims The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years PQE in Planning law, can work well as part of a team and is looking to establish themselves for a fruitful career, in the long-term.
