Job Title: Piping Supervisor - Turbine Construction Project Location: Ellesmere Port, United Kingdom Rate: £32.00 per hour PAYE direct Hours: 58 Hours per week Term: 8 weeks About Us: Integrate Resources Group provides a dedicated recruitment service to the Construction, Engineering & Maintenance sectors. Position Overview: As the Piping Supervisor for the Turbine Construction Project, working on a new build Energy from Waste plant. You will be responsible for overseeing subcontractors to ensure that all installation of pipework is completed to a satisfactory standard. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage quality control procedures and processes throughout the turbine construction project. Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Monitor and document all aspects of the construction work to ensure it meets the required quality specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any deviations from quality standards. Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to promptly resolve quality-related issues. Maintain meticulous records of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions. Develop and implement quality control plans, protocols, and procedures. Provide training and guidance to construction staff on quality control best practices. Requirements: Proven experience in quality control, preferably in a similar role within the energy, manufacturing, or construction sector. Strong knowledge of quality control standards, regulations, and best practices. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and comprehensive documentation. Relevant qualifications in quality control or a related field. SSSTS Trade qualification in Mechanical processes
