We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Cardiff to assist with the appointment of a Personal Assistant , on a 3-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay : £12.00 per hour PAYE Summary: The social work personal assistant will assist up to three social workers on a daily basis. Their role will be to proactively assist the social workers to manage their caseloads, whilst the social workers retain overall responsibility. The aim is to reduce office based social worker admin time from 60% to 10%. Responsibilities: CASP reviews and core groups Book in visit, and the PA would put future in diaries Booking meeting rooms if required Chronologies Genograms (Sometimes Team Clarks) Minute meetings (Very Occasionally) Ringing families/point of contact Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
