Their pay and bonus scheme offers an excellent rate of pay, with uncapped bonus (Top earners exceed A GBP 60K per annum) * A GBP 15.00 per hour basic (with NVQ3 or ATA).* A GBP 16.00 per hour (with NVQ3 or ATA and current Manufacturer Certification).* Bonus Scheme (Individual)* Overtime paid at time and a half These rates are for a 47.5 hour week, Monday to Friday 07.00am to 17.00pm with a 30 minute (unpaid) lunch break. Role overview : Panel Technician You must: * Be a Fully Skilled Panel Technician or Panel Beater with a minimum of 5 years experience.* Be able to work to a very high and consistent standard* Take pride in your work and the finished job.* Demonstrate competence and efficiency in all aspects of the Panel Technician role.* Work well within an established and successful team* If you are Fully Skilled with a minimum of 5 years experience but No qualifications, please also Apply to discuss progression opportunities.
