Description:
Job Introduction Reporting to the Production Management & Paint Shop Supervisor. The job holder will be responsible for ensuring structural steelwork is painted/loaded safely & correctly to the deadlines given. This positing is for day shift work. Expected Responsibilities Structural Steel Painting. Loading of structural steel onto trailers. Getting in steel to paint. Fork truck, Side Loader & Shunter Licence Preferred but can be trained. Overhead crane Experience Preferred but can be trained. Required Skills/Experience Must have a D or equivalent in GCSE Maths & English or above. Ability to read lists, drawings and works instructions. Previous experience of working in a manufacturing / production / engineering environment. Team player and willingness to get the job done Able to communicate effectively Salary/package will be discussed at interview stage.
