We have a lovely job opportunity in our Team for an Office Administrator/Receptionist. We are based in a beautiful office in [Brandesburton] and work on some amazing prestigious healthcare projects throughout the UK. As our receptionist and only administrator, you will be our main source of admin support and therefore hold a very important role within the Team. No two days will be the same so you will need to have a flexible, "can do" attitude with a positive outlook. This is a very varied and interesting role. The successful candidate will have good all round office skills with experience working to intermediate/advanced level on Microsoft Office products. You will need to be organised, calm under pressure and be able to communicate easily at all levels. Company Benefits:- Supportive, friendly and loyal family environment Christmas Shutdown with bonus holidays 25 days holiday with an extra days for longevity up to 30 days Early finish on Fridays Main Role will include but not limited to: Admin support for directors Answering calls and picking up messages then handling Annual Servicing of vehicles and updating contracts Arranging vehicle repairs and updating the spreadsheet Handling annual contract for computers and mobile phones Printing & Binding documents for site Booking hotels for staff Raising Purchase Orders for Site Handling day to day site queries Assist with creating O&M manuals for completed projects Arranging Staff events and assisting Ops Director with event management Posting social media posts Assisting with exhibitions / shows – (giveaways, deliveries, hotels etc) Skills & Knowledge Required Experience working in a small team (i.e. roll up your sleeves attitude) Good communication skills at all levels Ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines Be organised, reliable, proactive and show a willingness to assist others Possess high levels of accuracy and a professional work attitude Experience with Office and Word and basic Excel is essential Have a "can do" personality Be a good all round support person If you have the accounts skills and experience needed, please send your CV immediately to be considered.
