Mentor and demonstrate exceptional teaching practices to colleagues. Cultivate and enhance positive relationships with families. Requirements: Previously worked in a similar role. A minimum of an NVQ Level 3 / 4 or a degree in Early Years education. Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Demonstrable ability to lead and inspire in an educational setting.
