If you are a fluent Norwegian speaker based in the UK and would like to work from home, then look no further - we are recruiting for Norwegian speaking Outbound Sales Agent for a global BPO client. As an Outbound Sales Agent you will represent a global shipping company for their NORWEGIAN business market. You will conduct outbound calls to to commercial, public sector or consumer customers, advising them on shipment packages, services and provide them with quotes. You will listen to your clients needs and recommending them a suitable solution. Generating interest and closing sales is important in this role. In this role, you'll work effectively to service, enhance and build relationships with current and future customers. The successful Outbound Sales Agent has: Fluent NORWEGIAN and English Sales attitude Previous customer or sales experience Previous experience in a phone-based role desired Excellent broadband connection plus home office facility Fast learner and flexible attitude This is a full time role, 40 hrs p/week, Mon-Fri business hrs. The basic salary is around £24K gross p/a plus uncapped commission. The selection process is done remotely with an online test and video interview. This is a permanent work from home role. IT equipment will be provided to the successful candidate.
