NEW ROLE Technical Conveyancer - New Build Hybrid Altrincham A well-Established Law firm based in Altrincham are recruiting for a New...NEW ROLE Technical Conveyancer - New Build Hybrid Altrincham A well-Established Law firm based in Altrincham are recruiting for a New Build Technical Conveyancer to join their New Build team of Conveyancers. To be successful in this role you will be Qualified to either Solicitor, CLC or Cilex level and have at least 5 years experience as a conveyancer running your own complex caseload. As a Conveyancer specialising in New Build transactions, you will be an integral part of the dynamic New Build Technical Team. They are seeking an experienced individual who can demonstrate a strong technical knowledge of new build conveyancing transactions and possesses proven expertise in handling complex property titles. Responsibilities: - Review Property Titles thoroughly to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. - Draft comprehensive reports on Title for clients, summarizing property title details, explaining rights, reservations, incumbrances, and utilizing precedent reports where necessary. - Proactively raise enquiries on Titles to resolve missing information and address property title defects, ensuring smooth transaction processes. - Review and respond to enquiries on Titles from counterparties, effectively managing communication and negotiation to achieve favourable outcomes. - Collaborate with internal teams and assist in any other duties as required to support team objectives and maintain operational efficiency. Requirements: - Proven experience as a senior conveyancer, with a focus on new build conveyancing transactions. - Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes, particularly related to new build properties. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to review complex property titles accurately. - Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and counterparties professionally. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
