Mechanical Maintenance Engineer : Romford : GBP 42,000 Location:Romford, Essex Salary: GBP 42,000 Hours :Days Monday to Friday 8AM : 5PM PRS are currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in Romford, Essex. The successful candidate will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical building maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitivesalary of GBP 42,000. Duties: : Monitor mechanical plant : Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings : Air Conditioning : Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning) : Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) : Plumbing : Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc : Monitor the BMS systems. : Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc) : General building fabric : Escort specialist subcontractors : Ensure that the Contractual efficiently meets all the relevant KPI and SLA requirements. Requirements: : City and Guilds Qualified Electrical Level 2. : Good building services knowledge : Excellent Client Facing Package: : 40 hours per week Monday to Friday / On Call week Mon : Sun (rest day Thurs and Friday) : On Call rota which can range from 1 in 4 to 1 in 6 dependant on absences : On Call retainer GBP 1190 (annual) : Authorised Person Duties GBP 500 per duty max two : 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays : Pension Scheme : Career Progression opportunities : Overtime
