*£3,000 sign on bonus* - £1,000 paid at three months, £1,000 on successful completion of six month-probation and £1,000 paid at twelve months completed service The RoleThe main purpose of a Vospers Master Technician is to carry out service, repair and maintenance to customers vehicles, to the highest possible standard commensurate with a high level of customer satisfaction. To work closely with the technicians in the Department providing them with any help and advice that they may need.Key responsibilities include: Carrying out servicing, repair and maintenance work Performing duties in a safe and economical manner Work with service colleagues to create a successful team Increasing your knowledge through reading and formal training The PersonOur master technicians are the leaders of our business. We are looking for a vehicle technician with a substantial amount of experience along with a relevant qualification.Previous franchised dealer experience would be preferred, but consideration would be given to those individuals who can demonstrate a desire for a new challenge, and a pride in the work they carry out, whilst also supporting more junior colleagues by the sharing of knowledge and experience.
