The primary objectives and responsibilities of a Marketing Operations Manager includes: Marketing systems and processes: Technically own, maintain and troubleshoot any issues with the marketing automation solution , Hubspot; Establish internal training and procedural documentation to ensure that Hubspot is used cleanly and optimally by all users, avoiding data pollution and ensuring data / campaign responses are correctly and thoroughly tracked ; Ownership of Evotix’s lead-to-revenue strategy, collaborating with field marketing, demand generation, sales operations and sales in order to ensure a robust and systematic process for the efficient and effective management of all leads from their creation to won revenue. Prospect Database: Act as the custodian of and advocate for the prospecting database: partner with the Revenue Platform Manager to implement tools and processes to ensure and maintain its cleanliness and integrity, eliminating duplicate records, archiving redundant records and systematically enhancing /enriching field completeness ; Develop a deep understanding of Evotix’s ideal customer profile (ICP) for both companies and c ontacts ; Understand intimately and own the growth of the prospect database, including: investigating and identifying sources for businesses meeting our ideal customer profile, devising and implementing a robust and efficient process for introducing new records to Salesforce at scale . Liaise and manage third party relationships ; Develop and implement a process to score ICP records to demonst r ate that they are ‘engagement ready ’ ; T ransform scraped and manually entered data into the appropriate format to upload to Salesforce, ensuring duplicates removed and data complete before hand ; Monitor and meet agreed volume targets for creation of net new ICP records , in line with timescales for planned campaigns, such as Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. Marketing Measures of Success: In consultation with the sales and marketing teams, continually monitor , refine and review the lead scoring model, making refinements and updates to ensure delivery to sales of engagement-ready leads which meet Evotix ICP ; Review Evotix’s present marketing measurement processes, proposing a robust and comprehensive plan to develop current practices into a sophisticated, multi-touch attribution model which is fit for scale . Secure internal buy in and, using marketing automation and Salesforc e , implement and launch ; Act as the internal ambassador for marketing return on investment, ensuring internal stakeholders are clear on the methodology and understand our performance in detail. Governance: Hold responsibility for the implications of governance / compliance matters ( eg GDPR) as they apply to the operating activities of a contemporary marketing department . Manage a globally compliant system for email opt out / preferences. What you’ll bring to the table: Previous experience in a marketing operations position with a focus on B2B SaaS solutions is critical to success; Experience operationali s ing total/serviceable addressable market into actionable prospecting databases ; Proven experience working with Hubspot as a subject matter expert, with the knowledge and exposure of Hubspot integrations with Salesforce; Experience of ongoing management of marketing tools across integration and automation, attribution and lead scoring ; Experience in lead-to-revenue funnel optimi s ation ; Exposure of working with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally; A highly collaborative approach; Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills; Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between marketing and sales teams; Fantastic verbal and written communication skills; Strong attention to detail with the ability to organise tasks and projects; Naturally curious with a passion for driving continuous improvement of results.
