Our exciting new agency needs a marketing Coordinator to take over marketing projects. The successful candidate will have excellent time management skills and the desire to work in a fast-paced, round the clock environment. He or she will be required to participate in all projects & campaigns whilst scheduling calendars and client activities. We’re looking for an open-minded individual with marketing experience who goes above & beyond and can adjust to client demands. Here are some questions to get you thinking! London Based Candidates Job Responsibilities * Plan, schedule and manage Blue 16 operations, projects and activities * monitor & assist digital, social media, and content * Promote brand image and awareness through social media * Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs * Communicate & liaise with clients and coordinate all marketing activations and initiatives Skills * Ability to remain calm under pressure * Excellent planner and prioritising skills * Initiative, open-minded and spontaneous. * Excellent project management and communication skills as well as attention to detail. * Proactive and multi-task * 1-3 years of experience in marketing
