Barnes Construction’s long-established Management Training Programme offers an opportunity to progress into senior management within our Contracts, Design, Site, Pre-Contracts and Quantity Surveying departments. The in-house training scheme is provided alongside a day release college programme, providing an opportunity to attain degree level qualifications, funded by the business.We require ambitious applicants who have good GCSE passes (minimum 7, grade 4 or above) and have or expect to obtain A level passes or equivalent.Successful applicants will enjoy their training within a team environment and be given help and encouragement in developing an interesting and worthwhile career with a progressive family business.
