Roles Responsibilities Support the internal software.Facilitating communication between data centres and customers.Coordinating with Managed Service, Technical Services, Internal Service Desk, Development, and Implementation teams through effective communicationMeeting operational SLA’sSupport the Head of Enterprise Operations with daily processing responsibilities, including:Supervising, verifying, and finalising daily processing and batch tasks.Generating Control Reports to validate the conclusion of business cycles.Collaborating with both direct and banking partner clients to ensure business.
