This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established organization and contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of our production facilities.Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance: Conduct planned preventive maintenance PPM on food production machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.Breakdown Response: Rapidly respond to and troubleshoot machinery breakdowns, implementing effective solutions to restore operations.Machinery Maintenance: Perform routine and corrective maintenance on a wide range of production equipment.Continuous Improvement: Identify and execute improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities and machinery performance.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment. Working Hours: Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off days and nights, rotating shifts Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry is essential.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of food production machinery and maintenance procedures.Engineering Discipline: Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
