As a business, we are committed to looking after our employees providing them with flexibility and a great place to work.As an experienced Building Maintenance Engineer, you will be working in an office building in Luton carrying out all service works such as basic Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical works. Job: Basic plumbingMechanical works : BMS systems, UPS Systems, AHU's, mechanical plant, water testsElectrical works such as lighting / controls , pat testingPerform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systemsInspect buildings and equipment to identify and resolve issuesConduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulationsRespond to maintenance requests in a timely mannerTroubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and systemsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities Package: £35,000-£40,000pa45-hour weekFull time/permanent positionMonday–Friday 8-5UniformMobile phone/tablet28 days holiday including bank holidaysGovernment pension schemeReferral SchemeCareer progression & training opportunitiesChildcare voucher schemeStaff recognition schemeCompany socials throughout the year and subsidised Christmas party If you are interested in this role, please apply with your CV and we will give you a call for a confidential chat.
