Luxury Restaurant and Bar General Manager, London : A GBP 70,000 OTE GREAT WORK LIFE BALANCE AND BENEFITS THE DEVIL IS IN THE DETAIL WITH THIS ROLE The owner:operator is overseeing three locations in London, one of which is a recently opened business in Central London. The businesss growth necessitates the appointment of a proactive Restaurant and Bar General Manager who can lead by example and isnt someone who enjoys sitting in the office; instead, they must be actively involved on the floor. The owner is looking for a confident, hands:on individual who can establish a strong working relationship as the business expands. This role requires thinking outside the box:such as changing the glassware, adding different stools, organizing food and wine pairing nights, and presenting innovative ideas to the owners for implementation. * To lead the development of the entire Restaurant and Bar across multiple areas* To ensure the objectives, programs, and plans are fully aligned to the companys development strategy as per budget.* To deliver positive results and achieve targets in line with budgets.* Responsible for multi:function P and L within corporate environment across multiple regions and markets The right person: * At least 4 years of leadership experience with a premium dining/drinks concept* A real food expert is needed with a proven track record of successful restaurant development in luxury dining.* Very strong strategic and operational capabilities.* Experience and knowledge working in London is key to the success of the business.* Successful track record of significant and quantifiable growth and profit achievements.
