LEGAL SECRETARY required for busy Solicitors office, based in Beckenham.This is a full time vacancy.Monday - Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm, Salary dependent on experience.To start asap please.We require a legal secretary to join us in our Private Client department, which deals with matters including Trusts, Estates administration, Will drafting, Powers of Attorney. We are ideally situated for public transport and are seeking an efficient and enthusiastic legal secretary to support our Private Client department by providing accurate and proactive legal administrative support, including audio typing, document preparation etc. Key responsibilities: * Audio typing and word processing, filing, photocopying and printing, preparation of correspondence/forms* Organising the file management system, including maintaining the relevant paper/electronic filing systems and archiving* Any other tasks which may reasonably be required from time to timeKey skills and knowledge:* Excellent word-processing and attention to detail* Excellent telephone mannerIf you are interested in this role, please click APPLY NOW!
