Lead Solar Electrician Location : Port Talbot, Onsite and Office based role. Responsibilities: Reviewing live installations to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Assessing performance and identifying training needs for team members. Conducting site and installation inspections to maintain quality assurance. Providing technical advice and serving as the point of contact for on-site electricians. Reviewing health and safety protocols, including forms, risk assessments, and communication updates. Conducting general health and safety reviews on-site to ensure compliance with regulations. Requirements: Excellent knowledge of Solar PV systems is essential. Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is essential.. NVQ Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation. 2391 test and inspection certification Driving Licence and flexibility to travel nationwide
